Service

Agente Dev LTD provides a hosted service for creating Word documents from private office templates. These terms describe Smart Documents; they do not change the separate Agente Desktop product terms.

Authorized use

Use an existing Agente account and only an office you are authorized to access. Office members can read, create, edit and delete current templates and generate documents. Office administrators manage independently initiated website subscriptions. Do not bypass access controls or use the service to access another office.

Your documents

You retain rights in your inputs and outputs. You authorize Agente and its infrastructure providers to process the selected data to provide the requested document service. Supply only material you have permission to use; do not impersonate others, create fraudulent documents or submit restricted data described in the privacy policy. Review each output for accuracy and suitability before relying on or sharing it.

Supported workflow

The service supports current templates, guided questions and generated DOCX files. Supported Word-example intake can retain headers, footers, styles and embedded images; not every Word feature is supported. There are no saved drafts, version history, PDF output or separate image-upload workflow. File size, validation, concurrency and service-security limits apply.

Files and retries

Generated files are available for 24 hours, then expire. Save a local copy if you need longer storage. Templates remain until deleted. A retry of the same operation returns its original output where available; an intentional new generation is a new operation. Deleting a template or changing users does not reset office usage.

Account access

Document generation requires current office access. Independently purchased website subscriptions are managed under the terms presented at checkout, outside the plugin. Cancellation stops future renewal while current paid access continues through the recorded paid period. The plugin does not initiate subscription transactions.

Availability and support

We may restrict abuse, unsupported inputs or unauthorized access. If a service failure affects your work, contact support@agente.dev. These terms do not exclude rights you have under applicable mandatory consumer law.
